Welcome
The Tonzy Stone: An Inner Wisdom Library
Tools for transformation. Stories that recalibrate. Breath, energy, and the creative power of thought.
This collection of meditations, breathwork sessions, teachings, and reflections is designed to help you engage more consciously with your inner life. It brings together mysticism and neuroscience, story and sound, in ways that support meaningful change in how you think, feel, and respond to the world.
Here you’ll find meditations that build awareness and steadiness, breathwork practices that regulate the nervous system and support vagal tone, and sound-based work that explores the relationship between thought, language, and lived experience. There are essays and reflections that examine meditation’s impact on the brain and body, as well as symbolic stories that help surface patterns and invite new perspectives.
Each offering encourages you to pay attention to what is already present within you: your breath, your energy, your awareness.
The work is informed by a range of teachers and thinkers including Neville Goddard, Yogananda, Joe Dispenza, Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Mitch Horowitz, Regina Meredith, Florence Scovel Shinn, and Joseph Campbell.
At its core is a simple premise: human beings are highly influenceable, internally and externally. The question is not whether programming exists, but how conscious we are of it.
What you’ll find here are not fixed formulas, but practical approaches to working with breath, language, imagery, and attention. Take what is useful. Leave what is not. If something resonates at a particular moment, that may be worth noticing.
The intention is to support clarity, creativity, and grounded inner development.
✨Nava Foundation✨
This project is especially close to my heart.
I’m helping raise both awareness and support for the Nava Foundation, founded by the wonderful Carmela Sternberg, whose work is a kind of practical magic in the world. I’m sharing this with you because it matters to me, and because goodness like this deserves to be seen.
You can watch the full video here, and there is also a link to donate if you feel moved to. Even the smallest gesture helps more than you might imagine.
Thank you for taking a moment to be part of this.
